THE FIIT CO. CLASSES

These classes are designed to torch fat and build lean muscle through thoughtfully designed circuits that combine intense cardio to spike your metabolism, resistance training to build strength, and dynamic movements to improve overall fitness and core stability.

 

HeavyFIIT

Heavy FIIT is designed to offer our unique style of training with a focus on more traditional weightlifting exercises. Although you may find the tempo of this class slightly slower than our other offerings, the intent here is to go heavy on your lifts which requires longer rests between sets. This class will help you build strength, size and definition across the body.

Killer ASSets

Looking to improve healthy movement patterns or elevate your athletic performance? Then Killer ASSets is for you! By focusing on the primary muscles of your glutes- from controlled movements with compound lifts to isolated banded movements (always with a touch of Cardio & Core, of course!)- this lower body strength training class is sure to deliver benefits far beyond just physical appearance.

HustleFIIT

Hustle FIIT is a great way to spice up your week and surprise your body. This bootcamp style, flavor of the day workout is programmed, day of, by the coach leading the class and sure to leave your body sore the next day.

FIIGHT

Think of FIIGHT as group fitness training but for the individual. Starting with a light warmup, you’ll spend this cardio intensive workout refining your core and sweating to intense beats as you engage in a full body, boxing inspired workout. Picture yourself transitioning between a bag and floor mat, throwing hooks, uppercuts & jabs and FIIghTing through plyometric moves to keep that heart rate high. This is a workout you don‘t want to miss!

FIIT Inferno

FIIT Inferno is our torch session. This is a class designed for the individual who is looking to get it all in: endurance, cardiovascular, stamina and resistance training in under 45 minutes! Expect to lose your breath, sweat like a stuck pig and feel your muscles burn like the dickens!

YogaFIIT

We offer a variety of yoga classes throughout the week to challenge our members both physically and mentally. Benefits include a combination of increased flexibility, strength and balance to work your entire body, including your cardiovascular system.
