Meet Our Certified Fitness Coaches

Our coaches come from a range of diverse backgrounds, including biking, snowboarding, boxing, firefighting, running, and all-around adrenaline-seeking. Despite these different backgrounds, they also all share a passion for motivating our members to achieve their goals, to push past limitations, and leave every class ready to face whatever adventures await them outside of the studio.

Brad Cooley
Co-founder

Brad Cooley grew up in Georgia. After high school he joined the Navy as a Corpsman (naval medic). He served 6 years and completed a bachelors degree. Following his time in the Navy, he decided to get out and sell orthopedic surgical equipment in California.
After two years of surgical sales, he realized his passion lay elsewhere. Brad entered the fitness industry, marketing and selling gym equipment all over the world.

In February of 2013, Ned and Brad opened the doors to a new gym, FIITWERX, and workout concept they had created for the public. After franchising their concept in 2015 as FIT 36, they then re-branded again in 2021 to what you now know as “The FIIT Co”

Ned Matheson
Co-founder

Ned Matheson was born in Washington D.C. and spent childhood into adulthood in Northern Virginia. Ned moved to Colorado to attend CSU at age 22. After finishing school, he became a Wildland Firefighter. Ned moved up the ranks quickly, graduating to sawyer, one of the first responders who cut fire line with a chainsaw. This job demanded peak physical conditioning and he excelled at this. Eventually Ned was positioned as the head of physical training for the entire Fire Crew with Larimer County Sheriff’s Department. The position as fitness head and sawyer, led Ned further into physical conditioning and when his time in Fort Collins came to an end in 2007, he became a personal Trainer in Denver. He has been an active and passionate member of the fitness industry since.

Brendan Bellantoni
Head
Fitness Coach

Brendan Bellantoni is a certified personal trainer and injury rehabilitation specialist who helps individuals return to pain-free movement and build strength for everyday life. He specializes in bridging the gap between physical therapy and long-term independence through corrective exercise, thoughtful strength training, and improved movement mechanics.

Although Brendan competed as a Division I football player and later as a semi-professional rugby athlete, his career was cut short due to injury. Experiencing the frustration and limitations of chronic pain firsthand led him to shift his focus toward helping others avoid the same setbacks. Today, his work is centered on helping everyday people move comfortably, regain confidence in their bodies, and stay active without fear of re-injury.

Originally from the New York City area, Brendan now calls Colorado home. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking with his dog, trying new foods, and taking full advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.

Hannah Polshuk
Fitness Coach

Hannah started her coaching career at FIIT, but her passion for human movement and performance began long before that through her career in occupational therapy. Understanding how the body functions, adapts, and moves efficiently has shaped the way Hannah coaches today.

Movement has always been part of Hannah's life. She grew up swimming and playing water polo, later discovering a love for running, and recently found triathlon, the perfect combination of everything Hannah enjoys most. Whether training for her next race, heading out for a trail run, skinning up the mountains when there’s snow on the ground, practicing yoga at home with her two cats getting in the way, or walking her two dogs, Hannah is always moving.

For Tyler, coaching goes beyond workouts. He enjoys building real connections, helping people push past limits, and reminding them that showing up for yourself consistently matters.
