THE FIIT CO. CLASSES

Our variety of group classes are designed to torch fat and build lean muscle through thoughtfully designed circuits. These workouts combine strength training and conditioning, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and endurance through dynamic movements to improve overall fitness and core stability.

Strength Upper/Lower

Our strength training classes consist of upper/lower body splits throughout the week. This allows members to focus on and train specific muscle groups, leading to better strength gains and longer recovery times. 

Abs & Assets

Abs & Assets

Abs & Assets is a high-energy class designed to sculpt and strengthen your core and glutes. Targeting muscles like the rectus abdominis, obliques, and the transverse abdominis (to improve core stability), this workout also dials in on the glutes—specifically the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus—to enhance athletic performance, functional strength, and improve posture. Expect a combination of functional movements and strength-building exercises that will help you achieve a powerful, balanced physique.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp

Full Body Conditioning

Full body conditioning is a comprehensive training approach that boosts cardiovascular health, builds muscular endurance, and improves coordination by targeting all major muscle groups in a single session. This workout class combines functional strength moves (squats, deadlifts, presses) with high-intensity cardio intervals.

Boxing

Our boxing classes will offer a mix of heavy bag work, mitts and pads, coordination/skill training and plyometric conditioning. The classes are designed for all skill levels. Our experienced and knowledgeable coaches will advance or modify the workouts to accommodate everyone's capabilities. This is an awesome workout and a very different style of training than our other resistance based classes.

FIIT Push/Pull

HIIT Push/ Pull

FIIT Push and Pull classes focus on front & back side of the body respectively. These circuit based HIIT workouts are upper and lower body intensive while designed to strain and build opposing muscle groups in each workout. A strong back (posterior) is a key part of having a solid core and the Pull FIIT workouts are aimed to keep your body conditioned for a variety of activities, from lifting weights to running or playing sports. Strong front side (anterior) muscles are crucial for core stability, balance, and movement, including the ability to bend knees, flex the hip, and extend the leg at the knee. Keep your body balanced and in optimal condition by adding both of these workouts to your routine.

Hell's KettleBells

Hell’s Kettlebells

This workout will teach members how to utilize their bodies in a more controlled manner while performing movement. Kettlebells require the body to work fluently through multi-planar movements. You will improve your core stability, function, strength and proprioception in this workout!

 

Yoga for Athletes

This class combines mobility work, core strengthening, balance, and flexibility designed to complement your workouts. Expect a challenging yet accessible flow that builds body awareness, improves range of motion, and targets the tightness that comes with intense training. You'll leave moving better, recovering faster, and better equipped to perform at your best. All levels welcome.

Full body Lift

Full Body Lift focuses on strength training for the entire body. You will perform compound lifts designed to build muscle and burn calories. The class format allows for as much or as little rest as you want. You can tailor the workout to fit your energy level and desired focus i.e. strength training with heavy weights or pumping through a higher volume of reps to shift focus to endurance!
