At The FIIT Co., every class is led by a certified coach who programs the workout, demonstrates proper form, provides real-time corrections, and modifies exercises for different fitness levels. Whether you’re a college athlete or someone who hasn’t worked out in years, our coaches meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

Our Classes
The FIIT Co. offers a diverse range of group fitness classes designed to give you a complete training experience throughout the week. We rotate between strength-focused, conditioning-focused, and skill-based classes so your body never plateaus and your mind never gets bored.

Strength Training Classes
Our Strength Upper and Strength Lower classes are built around progressive resistance training with dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. These aren’t circuit classes with light weights — they’re real lifting sessions designed to build muscle, increase bone density, and develop the kind of functional strength that carries over into everything you do outside the gym.

HIIT Classes
Our HIIT classes will challenge you to increase your strength and cardio conditioning through dynamic functional movements. You will utilize resistance training, plyometric and endurance centered exercises to achieve high level athletic training. These are upper and lower body HIIT style workouts so expect to get your heart pumping, sweat dripping and muscles working!

Boxing
Gloves up. Our boxing and kickboxing classes mix heavy bag work, pad drills, footwork, and plyometric conditioning for a total-body workout that builds coordination, power, and mental toughness. No experience necessary — our coaches teach technique from the ground up.

Kettlebell Training
Hell’s Kettlebells is our dedicated kettlebell class, focused on multi-planar movements that develop core stability, grip strength, proprioception, and functional power. If you’ve never trained with kettlebells, this class will change how you think about strength.

Full Body Conditioning
Full body conditioning is a comprehensive training approach that boosts cardiovascular health, builds muscular endurance, and improves coordination by targeting all major muscle groups in a single session. This workout class combines functional strength lifts with high-intensity cardio intervals.
What to Expect in Your First Class
Show up 15 minutes early. Bring water and a towel (we have free towels at the front desk). You’ll train barefoot — a core part of The FIIT Co. experience that improves your balance, stability, and movement quality. If you prefer shoes, just bring a clean indoor pair.
Your coach will introduce themselves, walk you through the workout format, and make sure you’re comfortable before the class starts. Every exercise can be modified up or down based on your fitness level. Nobody expects perfection on day one. We expect effort.
Classes run under 45 minutes. You’ll work hard, you’ll sweat, and you’ll leave feeling like you accomplished something real. We have full locker rooms with showers, towels, and shower supplies so you can get on with your day.
Pricing & Memberships
We offer memberships designed to match how often you want to train. Unlimited classes run $169/month — ideal for members who want to come 4–6 times per week. If you prefer a set schedule, we offer 8 classes/month for $139, 6 classes/month for $119, or 4 classes/month for $99. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
We also offer flexible class packages for those who don’t want a recurring membership: 10 classes for $244, 15 for $299, or 20 for $384. Drop-ins are always welcome at $33.
Flexible Scheduling for Busy Professionals
We know that the biggest barrier to consistent fitness isn’t motivation — it’s scheduling. That’s why The FIIT Co. offers classes from 5am to 7pm on weekdays and mornings on weekends.
Our early morning classes (starting at 5am) are perfect for professionals who want to train before work. Lunchtime classes (11:30am–1pm) let you squeeze in a workout during your break. Evening classes (3:30–7pm) are ideal for the after-work crowd. And weekend classes (8:30–11am) give you a strong start to your Saturday or Sunday.
Book through our website or the MindBody app up to a week in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

We’re located at 2110 Market Street in downtown Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood, with free 2-hour parking right out front. We serve members from Ballpark, RiNo, Five Points, LoDo, Curtis Park, Arapahoe Square, and across greater Denver.
